Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a business plan and sales strategy for Hospital and Institution Business
∎ Ensure effective action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
∎ Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
∎ Ensure and confirm the development and implementation of marketing plans.
∎ Develop strategies to approach potential customers and increase sales.
∎ Monitoring the sales team .
∎ Analyze the market potentiality and propose CME, Symposium, and Seminar etc.
∎ Setting sales targets for individual to company guidelines.
∎ Create, Develop and implement strategy to develop brand image and sales growth.
∎ Keeping up to date with products, competitors and market intelligence.
∎ Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
