Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing the sales team and the distribution to the assign region
∎ Drive revenue targets by focusing on value creation and volume sales of retail
∎ Achieve new customer acquisition by developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within the assigned territory
∎ Managing the distributor effectively and efficiently to ensure a profitable ROI result that meets company expectations
∎ Motivating, training and guiding distributor staff and sales executives to achieve sales quotas
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 Years of sales experience in reputed industry/FMCG
∎ Experience in Lubricants sector will be highly preferred
∎ Strong understanding of distributor/dealer management strategies
∎ Excellent Communication skill
