∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor/Honors).
∎ • Alternatively, candidates with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Business, or a related field will also be considered.
∎ • Technical knowledge of HVAC/VRF systems is highly preferred.

∎ • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
∎ • Must have a proven track record in B2B/B2C sales.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sales & Business Development
∎ • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales of Samsung Brand VRF Systems AC from ready stock.
∎ • Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing channels.
∎ • Convert leads into successful sales through effective negotiation and client engagement.
∎ • Maintain relationships with existing clients, dealers, and brokers to drive repeat business and referrals.
∎ Customer Relationship Management
∎ • Understand client needs and recommend the best VRF AC solutions.
∎ • Conduct product presentations, site visits, and demonstrations to potential clients.
∎ • Provide post-sales support and ensure smooth communication with customers.
∎ Market Research & Competitor Analysis
∎ • Stay updated on HVAC industry trends, pricing, and competitor strategies.
∎ • Analyze client feedback and market demand to refine sales approaches.
∎ Team Coordination & Reporting
∎ • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize promotional campaigns.
∎ • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
