Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development of sales and Marketing.
∎ Planning sales strategy, Analyze direct and Motivate sales Staff to meet objects.
∎ Forecast market needs.
∎ Lead and monitor all sales activities.
∎ Responsible to drive regional business plan to achieve monthly and yearly target.
∎ Product branding the promotional plan.
∎ Constantly monitor competitor activity / performance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Must have impactful knowledge on Doors and Board.
∎ Must lead pre-sale and post sales activities.
∎ Ability to formulate sales and marketing plan.
∎ Should be able to control and supervise a large sales team.
