∎ Bachelor / Masters in Business Studies, BBA/MBA in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take all decision regarding sales and collection related issues in the respective area as per SOP.
∎ Assist Head of Sales in suggesting about any crisis, and/ any critical matter.
∎ Prepare weekly action plan and submit to the Head of Sales.
∎ Achieve the monthly Sales target.
∎ Regularly update competitors' price, scheme and marketing activities to Head of Sales.
∎ Creates new contracts, negotiates contracts and generalize sales.
∎ Maximize the market share, revenue and profitability by formulating the sales strategies and action plans while competing with other market players.
∎ Direct market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
∎ Oversee and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
∎ Forecast sales activities and set performance goals accordingly.
∎ Provide excellent customer support and demonstrates tenacity when dealing with complex customer situations.
∎ Team Building and removing obstacles for growth.
∎ Making Monthly visiting plan for all team members and implements it effectively by regular follow-up and discussions with team members.
∎ Sales analysis: Value wise and Product Wise.
∎ Planning for growth of coming year.
∎ Ensuring cash and availability of products as per sale and targets.
∎ Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain relationship.
∎ Completing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
∎ Market review of new and existing products and services.
∎ Keeping up to date about company products & services.
∎ Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors.
∎ To ensure proper monitoring with the junior officers to achieve sales target.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when required by management.
