Job Responsibilities:
∎ GENERAL:
∎ Developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan (ABP).
∎ Maximize the market share, revenue and profitability by formulating the sales strategies and action plans while competing with other market players.
∎ Sets objectives for the Sales.
∎ Maintains and develop effective employee relations where it relates to Sales.
∎ Sets up and implements policies and guidelines for the department.
∎ Provide effective and timely solutions that go along with the client's requirements, needs, and demands.
∎ SALES ACTIVITIES:
∎ To motivate & direct Sales/distribution partners to establish coverage, distribution, and display objectives to meet sales targets.
∎ Generate sales reports with recommendations for how to increase overall sales and customer relations.
∎ Plan, develop, oversee, and implement the effective sales tactics and strategies.
∎ Prepare sales plan, ensure achievement the monthly sales target through comprehensive drive.
∎ Prepare weekly action plans and perform accordingly as per plan and update the management.
∎ Direct market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
∎ TEAM BUILDING:
∎ Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain relationship.
∎ Team Building and removing obstacles for growth.
∎ Making Monthly visiting plan for all team members and implements it effectively by regular follow-up and discussions with team members.
∎ REPORTS, SUGGESTION AND STATISTICS:
∎ Be ready with the quarterly, monthly, and also annual sales predictions, forecasts, and reports.
∎ Forwards a weekly or bi-weekly sales report as well as daily report of the sales staff activities to Head of Sales/MD/Management.
∎ Design, implement, monitor, and also analyze the performance metrics. It includes improvements suggestions.
∎ Create sales report & analyze statistical data.
∎ Make research thoroughly in order to identify new market opportunities and potential customers.
∎ ADMINISTRATION:
∎ Conducts such functions as employee orientation, performance appraisal, coaching, counseling and dismissal if necessary to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity.
∎ Maintains a proper filing system within department to contain all contracts of the various market segments and other documents.
∎ Develops and implements formal training plans for the sales team.
∎ Ensures efficient and reliable administrative support of the sales team.
∎ Supervises handling of incoming and outgoing mail, telex, fax and messages as related to Sales.
∎ Others:
∎ Conducts department daily briefing with whole sales team.
∎ Perform other duties as may be assigned.
∎ Market review of new and existing products and services.
∎ Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors.
∎ To ensure proper monitoring with the Officer & Manager level to achieve sales target.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when required by management.
