Experience:
MBA/BBA in Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in Sales, specifically within the Aviation/Airlines sector, with a solid track record of achieving commercial targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Sound understanding of airline distribution and travel trade market
Target-driven with strong analytical and reporting abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in MS Office applications
Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo) will be an advantage
Promote and sell airline passenger products through travel agents, corporate clients, and distribution partners.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Identify, develop, and manage new agency and corporate accounts.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
Maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and key trade partners.
Conduct regular sales calls, market visits, and trade meetings.
Support trade promotions, incentive schemes, and commercial initiatives.
Handle trade-related queries and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
Coordinate closely with reservations, ticketing, finance, and marketing teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies, airline commercial guidelines, and sales procedures.
Assist management in implementing sales strategies and business plans.
