∎ “Porcelaina” are looking for a Candidate for showroom ‘Sales’ who is covered by Previous Experience in similar post also Dynamic, Effectual, Potential Minded, Energetic, Self Confident, Motivate, Polite, Good & Positive Attitude, Long run with sales capacity, well-being himself to provide excellent customer service and promote this idea throughout the showroom. An Efficient and Profitable manner, to achieve of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention and to meet their expectations for the future progressiveness.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Showroom Daily Sales, responsible for providing reliable, prompt & friendly service and also deep knowledge of Product for ensure customer satisfaction & Increase of Showroom Sales.
∎ Must be Obedient, Positive & Creative think minded, hard worker, planning & leading to meet up the sales goal and achieve the sales targets.
∎ Well-furnished / Smartly presenting with fully maintaining organization provided dress code for catch up clearly to the Potential customers.
∎ Prepare the necessary documents like Sales Sheet, Stock Sheet, Cash memo with fully computerized based and submit to the Management and Customer’s as regular basis.
∎ Determine and Analyze with customer's needs, trends & sleekness, clarify information and provide solutions & also give feed back to the Management.
∎ Refer Unresolved Customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
∎ Report time to time to the Management for complicated issues & customers reaction.
∎ Obeying the Company Rules & Regulations and also Chain of Command from seniors.
∎ Strong Personality and Grooming ability.
∎ Good knowledge about Computer Skills with MS package, Internet Browsing, e-Mailing.
∎ Maintain & Development relationship with Existing & New Customers and Also knock at New upcoming customers by physical visit, welcome by telephone or emails.
∎ Huge Knowledge for Explain Product Features, Characteristics and Quality of the Each Products to Customers and also Product Sales Platform at the Market.
∎ Ensure the Best & highest level of Customer Care, Satisfaction & Reliabilities through provide by Excellent Customer Services.
