Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proactively reach out to potential clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and online chats, personal networking etc.
∎ Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients by understanding their travel preferences and needs.
∎ Present and promote Cholo Jai’s travel packages, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each offering.
∎ Provide accurate information about destinations, itineraries, pricing, and available options to assist clients in making informed decisions.
∎ Collaborate with clients to customize travel packages according to their preferences, including accommodations, activities, and transportation.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, destination information, and travel regulations to provide accurate advice to clients Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and success
∎ Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions, inquiries, and bookings using our CRM system.
∎ Provide insights from customer interactions to improve sales and travel packages
∎ Proactively suggest service improvements which will be key for succeeding in the job
