∎ Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, agriculture, or related field.
∎ 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the agriculture or animal feed industry.
∎ Strong understanding of agricultural markets and trends, particularly in the livestock sector.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Results-driven with a passion for driving sales and achieving targets.
∎ Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to animal feed products is a plus.
∎ Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
∎ Good English verbal & written communication skill.
∎ Willingness to travel as needed.

∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence for our insect-based animal feed products.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, distributorships, and direct sales channels.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including livestock farmers, feed manufacturers, and agricultural organizations to drive sales growth.
∎ Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our products and network with potential customers.
∎ Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
∎ Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and other terms to secure profitable business deals.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and R&D, to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements to inform sales strategies.
∎ Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to management.
