∎ Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Manufacturing Management/ Fashion Design and Technology & Those who hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts will be given preference.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ In depth knowledge in fabric/materials in respective category (Knit/Woven/Knitwear etc.)·
∎ Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, PLM, Microsoft Office and Excel.
∎ Understanding of patterns, fit and technical aspects of the product.
∎ Excellent eye for color, print, typography and layout·
∎ Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are currently seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and help us to visually communicate our brand story.
∎ Create or visualize an idea and produce a design by using computer-aided design or hand, often based on a theme.
∎ Work with others in the design team, such as buyers, designers, and forecasters, to develop products to meet a brief.
∎ Liaise closely with sales, buying and design teams on an ongoing basis to ensure items suit the customer, market, and price points.
∎ Providing artwork and liaising with the factory regarding developing new print strike offs. Adapt existing designs for mass production (Technical).
∎ Create a visual library for the clients and internal design team and maintain a digital database for designers in the UK and BD.
∎ Scheduling and Visiting factories to collect prints and samples regarding newness.
∎ Uk customers visit preparation (Showroom, sourcing, newness).
∎ Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.
∎ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies.
∎ Any other task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.
