∎ Ability to listen and understand the needs of internal stakeholders.
∎ Negotiation skill with suppliers and contract management.
∎ Strong implementation skill.
∎ Good knowledge of Procurement/Supply Chain Procedures and regulations.
∎ Hands-on computer (MS Office) operating skills.
∎ Ability to work in high stress situations such as emergency response.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for indirect procurement and delivery to assigned business unit.
∎ Review purchase request (PR) in EBS/ERP and user to understand the details requirements.
∎ Collect and negotiate price quotation from different vendors as per the specifications in PR.
∎ Follow-up and prepare comparative statement/bid summery and present it for approval as per level of authority and accordingly ensure Contract of Purchase/Purchase Order.
∎ Ensure timely delivery after getting approval from management.
∎ Collaborate closely with internal departments to understand their sourcing needs, specifications, and requirements.
∎ Challan and Bill processing in EBS / ERP. Liaise with the Accounts Payable Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the business with the supplier.
∎ Identify potential suppliers and enlist them as per company procurement policy and maintain healthy relation to get the best possible support from them.
∎ Maintain procurement files and Track Purchasing activity and measurements.
∎ Discuss defective or unacceptable new goods or services with users, vendors, and others to determine the cause of the problem and take corrective and preventative action.
∎ Ensure supplier compliance with site and company requirements for safety.
∎ Manage vendor relationships and assist in building effective partnerships.
∎ Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new suppliers, and cost-saving opportunities.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
