Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in finding products.
• Provide information on product availability, prices, and promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a polite and professional manner.
• Suggest and promote products to increase sales.
• Explain product features and benefits to encourage purchases.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked and properly organized.
• Replenish inventory when needed and ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Monitor expiration dates and remove expired products from shelves.Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle payments (cash, card, digital).
• Keep the store clean and organized.
• Ensure product displays are neat, attractive, and updated regularly.
• Assist in setting up promotional displays and seasonal layouts.
• Any Other Task Assigned by the management.
