∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ 2–5 years of experience in real estate or sales (motivated freshers may apply)
∎ Strong skills in documentation, agreement preparation, and basic legal paperwork
∎ Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms
∎ Ability to scout land and build initial developer/landowner relations
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic content creation for social media
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Actively engage in client acquisition through calls, networking, and digital platforms
∎ Meet and assess client needs, and recommend suitable properties
∎ Prepare sales-related documents including proposals, booking forms, agreements, and Power of Attorney
∎ Source and negotiate new land opportunities for project development
∎ Maintain accurate lead and client information in CRM software
∎ Create compelling content for social media to support branding and sales
∎ Conduct site visits and present property features to potential buyers
∎ Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships
∎ Meet monthly and annual sales targets through strategic execution
∎ Support marketing initiatives and participate in real estate fairs and promotional events
∎ Time: 9 AM to 5 PM
