Job Context:
∎ Candidate will be majorly responsible to drive secondary sales.
∎ Monitor team and other Sales officers.
∎ Ensure distributor management
∎ Ensure back-up of SO and Distributors to fill-up the vacancy
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Driving secondary sales with SO and achieved daily targets.
∎ Achieve Secondary and primary targets with daily reporting.
∎ Maintain distributor closing stocks at desired levels.
∎ Ensure stock delivery through sales automation software.
∎ Quickly replace non-performing Sales officers.
∎ Achieve outlet addition and beat expansion targets on monthly basis.
∎ Achieve effective coverage outlet targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Commercial Kitchen equipment's/Home appliance
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
TA-DA + mobile allowance will be in the range of 5,000 to 7,000 Taka.

∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Timely payable salary and TA-DA structure
