Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for energetic and confident individuals to join our team as Sales Executive(Night Shift)-Internship. This role involves communicating with overseas customers through phone calls and email, promoting services, generating leads, and maintaining professional customer relationships.
Dynamic BPO is launching a fully female-friendly office environment where only female employees will work, with all arrangements managed by female personnel to ensure a comfortable and professional workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to international customers.
Explain products/services and highlight their benefits.
Generate leads and schedule appointments.
Handle customer communication through calls and email.
Follow company communication scripts and guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Ensure professional and quality communication at all times.
Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
