∎ Identify, cultivate, and secure new sales channels to increase revenue and market share Collaborate with the General Manager to build and manage a dynamic Channel Development/Sales team Oversee and manage the performance of established sales channels to ensure ongoing success Provide training, support, and mentorship to the Channel Development/Sales team to enhance their skills and abilities Conduct market research and analyze regional competition to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities Develop and implement effective local market strategies, in partnership with the Channel Development/Sales team, to drive growth and increased market penetration.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
