Job Context:
∎ Age: 28-38 years old
∎ Work experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Channel Development and Marketing with a proven track record of success
∎ Education: Diploma in Marketing or Business Management (or higher), with relevant work experience being a strong advantage
∎ Good health, with no undisclosed medical history, and able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office software and familiar with modern marketing tools and techniques
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify, cultivate, and secure new sales channels to increase revenue and market share
∎ Collaborate with the General Manager to build and manage a dynamic Channel Development/Sales team
∎ Oversee and manage the performance of established sales channels to ensure ongoing success
∎ Provide training, support, and mentorship to the Channel Development/Sales team to enhance their skills and abilities
∎ Conduct market research and analyze regional competition to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities
∎ Develop and implement effective local market strategies, in partnership with the Channel Development/Sales team, to drive growth and increase market penetration

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Competitive and comprehensive salary package, including a base salary of 22,000tk per month (with a 3-month trial period) + bonuses and other negotiable benefits based on experience and performance
