Responsibilities & Context:

The Sales Executive (Three-Wheeler) will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets for three-wheeler vehicles.

This role involves building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.

The Sales Executive will also work closely with the dealership team and maintain strong communication with customers throughout the sales process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for three-wheeler vehicles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing suitable vehicle options.
  • Generate leads through various channels (online, walk-ins, referrals) and follow up on leads promptly.
  • Provide detailed information and demonstrations of three-wheeler vehicles to customers.
  • Highlight key features, benefits, and unique selling points.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the three-wheeler segment.
  • Negotiate with customers and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner for each sale.
  • Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely delivery and servicing of sold vehicles.
  • Address any post-sale issues or concerns raised by customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and vehicle inventory.
  • Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
