Job Context:
∎ TACIT fashion is a reputed garments manufacturer in Bangladesh since 2011. We are operating our business through wholesale clients and online portals. We have nationwide operation and strong presence in maximum districts in Bangladesh.
∎ To fulfill the unmet and increasing demand, TACIT fashion has been decided to present in the corporate sector. Currently we are seeking some energetic and hard core sales persons for our corporate sales team.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ One to one business selling
∎ Find out new customers
∎ Maintain client's database
∎ Build and maintain relationship with potential and existing corporate offices and direct corporate officers and others
∎ Monthly visit plan to service the customers in time
∎ Monthly sales plan to achieve the target
∎ Collect order and ensure timely delivery of products
∎ To create & execute the needed end to end sales/marketing strategies.
∎ To create & nurture potential clients pipeline.
∎ To develop or manage marketing/sales automation.
∎ Coordinate different activities with other departments including finance and production
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years staying in Dhaka
∎ Extensive travel required
∎ Smart and good communication capacity with moderate computer operation knowledge
Salary:
∎ Monthly salaryTwo Festival bonus (After probation period 6 months)Commission
