Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to provide customer service
∎ Responsible to handle customer queries, complaints and requests through.
∎ Maintain high standard quality as per the requirement of the department/organization.
∎ Perform any other operational task assigned by the supervisor/higher authority.
∎ Responsible to follow-up customer calls when necessary.
∎ Support sales team by generating quality sales lead.
∎ Maintain a good or above rating in the performance scorecard.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 22 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Proactive, Passionate and go getter attitude
∎ Extrovert personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Honest and carries high personal integrity.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
