Experience Requirements:

• 2 to 10 years of proven experience in B2B Sales.

• Strong and unique interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate in basic English and/or Hindi.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to office and field-based work.
• Familiarity and compliance with policy of discretion, and strong integrity of character.

• Promote and sell recruitment services to corporate clients.
•  Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations.
• Provide regular reports on sales progress and market insights.
