Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in any discipline from a reputed University with MBA from IBA will be preferred.
∎ Exceptional track record may be considered as on Ideal candidate.

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creation of business through Marketing to meet objectives of the company.
∎ To maximize market share, business in the company's selected markets.
∎ To formulate marketing strategies and actions plans in line with the company's direction to expand business in the designated area/territory:
∎ To comply with the direction from management in their daily execution of Marketing/Tasks & activities toward achieving the team's monthly, quarterly and yearly KPI targets.
∎ To attend to customer's enquiries, quotations, tender compilations and follow-up of customers' calls.
∎ To get to know and participate in local exhibitions & Marketing/Sales events which will increase brand awareness, contact expansion and idea generation.
∎ To conduct product and marketing training for the new Marketing Force joining the team.
∎ To formulate own strategies to outwit other market players.
∎ To market analysis of MS Plate. Stainless Steel & other related products.
∎ Any other assignment/job not detailed herein a left conductive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Age: Minimum 25 Years (Conditions may be relaxed for most deserving/qualified candidates) Minimum 03 years' experience in the relevant field (Steel Industries will get extra preference)
∎ Should be self-motivated, dynamic leadership, negotiation, customer relationship, planning & budgeting competency, energetic and capable to work under pressure.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing and Sales, Business Development, Corporate Marketing. Distribution/Supply Chain Management, etc.
∎ Knowledge of the following items, preferred: Experience in Steel products, such as Hot Rolled Coil and Heavy Plate. Shapes such as H beam, Angle. Channel, Round Bar, Square Bar, Pipe etc. (Steel Products)
∎ Knowledge in multi-national trading and delivery of the said goods.
∎ Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills in marketing.
