Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1) Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
∎ 2) Excellent knowledge of MS Office
∎ 3) Ability to build productive business professional relationships.
∎ 4) Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
∎ 5) Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
∎ 6) Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
∎ 7) Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
∎ 8) Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
∎ 9) Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
∎ 10) Responsible in completing client's order from start to finish.
∎ 11)Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
∎ 12)Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
∎ 13)Maintain proper documentation and able to complete related paper works for Tender and order collection.
∎ 14)Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
∎ 15)Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
∎ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
∎ 16)Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
∎ 17)Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
∎ 18) Experience : 1-2 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
∎ Additional Commission upon target achievement
