∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Skills Required: Skilled in written and spoken English
Job Context:
∎ The candidate will be specially responsible for Sales skin care & supplement items in our Jamuna future Park, Unimart Gulshan-2 Outlet & other related job assigned by management.
∎ (Post is available only for females Candidate)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To forecast, plan and execute sales plan.
∎ To liaise and building relationships with clients.
∎ Proposal preparation & negotiating with clients as per sales guideline.
∎ To contribute the strategic marketing plan to achieve company objectives.
∎ Responsible to achieve monthly & yearly target.
∎ Identify target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.
∎ Record customer details as per sales & marketing guideline.
∎ Schedule appointments to meet prospective clients.
∎ Contact clients to follow up on initial interaction. Strong Knowledge of Product Promotion, Customer Management Principles and Practices
∎ Visit potential & existing clients to capture sales lead and analyze client's needs.
∎ Build a strong relationship with customers and deal with them.
∎ Ensure client satisfaction with on time and quality service in a dedicated manner.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience: At most 3 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Retail Sales and Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
