Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Makes sales plan that drive measurable incremental occupancy and increase sales target.
∎ Achieve budgeted revenues and personal/team sales goals and maximize profitability.
∎ Develop relationships with different Business Client for marketing & sales of products.
∎ Deploy prospecting strategies to gain new corporate customers.
∎ Swiftly respond to leads generated from marketing efforts and personally develop self- generated prospects in order to maintain an active and sales-generating pipeline.
∎ Grow revenue with new customers by playing an active role in value proposition selling and contract negotiation
∎ Analyzing market trends, competitors business strategy and formulating strategic business plan and forecasting annual sales turnover.
∎ Developing action plan, organize and take initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target
∎ Managing team members and developing their competencies to achieve comprehensive business goals and motivating them to practice ethical standard in every step of life
∎ Organizing events and training sessions to ensure utmost support and knowledge including product awareness among customers, dealers and team members
∎ Utilizing various types of promotional tools to boost up sales and marketing activities
∎ Plan, organize different branding and marketing tools to get the competitive edge
∎ Plan, organize, implement and monitor sales activities to achieve continuous effective sales target.
∎ Formulate monthly sales meeting, area meeting and evaluate field forces performance.
∎ Sales and marketing budget, target setting and ensure the target sales are conducted
∎ Collect regular marketing feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry, competitors, price, trade offers, or any other activities and provide strategic guideline for tapping new market.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing skill for beauty and cosmetics industry, Skin Care
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 45000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
