Responsibilities & Context:
1. Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting electronic appliances, gadgets, and lifestyle products.
2. Explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers, ensuring a smooth buying experience.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all showroom products and ongoing promotional offers.
4. Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and stock availability on the sales floor.
5. Assist in achieving individual and showroom sales targets through effective customer handling.
6. Handle basic customer queries, complaints, and ensure proper escalation if required.
7. Support back-office and billing operations as needed.
8. Participate in periodic training and skill development sessions.
