Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
∎ A valid driving license and willingness to travel are a plus.
∎ Proven experience of 5-10 years in real estate sales or a similar field.
∎ Experience working in a reputed real estate company is highly preferred.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
∎ Familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of digital engagement strategies.
∎ Sound knowledge of the real estate market, including laws and regulations.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify potential clients and develop a strong customer base for real estate properties.
∎ Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers.
∎ Conduct market research to identify property trends, pricing, and competition.
∎ Maintain and update client databases and sales records.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and communication.
∎ Assist clients in property selection, negotiations, and documentation processes.
∎ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
∎ Represent the company at property exhibitions, events, and other promotional activities.
∎ Follow up on the company’s Facebook page, YouTube channel feeds, and engagements to connect with potential clients and maintain an active online presence.
