Responsibilities & Context:
Albayti Real Estate LLC is a premier property brokerage and investment advisory company in Dubai. Recently we launch of our brand new international branch in Dhaka. We are looking for a high-energy, goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and drive our next phase of growth.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and reach out to prospective buyers through calling, networking, and property listings.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs to match them with the right properties.
Property Showings: Conduct site visits, property tours, and presentations, highlighting the key features and value propositions of our portfolio.
Negotiation & Closing: Guide clients through the buying/leasing process, handle price negotiations, and successfully close deals.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
