• Age 27 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Must possess strong qualities such as honesty, intelligence, quick learning ability, and a strong work ethic.

• Good proficiency in spoken and written English is required.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant shoe/footwear sales experience.

• Must have excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to build friendly and professional relationships with customers.

• Must be smart, well-presented, and maintain neat and clean attire as a company representative.

• Must be able to adapt quickly to challenging situations and solve problems effectively.

• Must be punctual, disciplined, and respectful toward supervisors, colleagues, and company rules.

• Must be willing to travel or work in other cities if required by the company.

• Must be proficiency in MS office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

• Assist customers by providing accurate product information and professional guidance.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Adapt quickly to challenging or adverse situations and effectively resolve issues using professional skills.

• Maintain daily sales records and submit regular report to the supervisor.

• Assist in product promotion, branding, and overall marketing activities.

• Ensure proper stock management and coordinate with the warehouse when required.

• Represent the company in a professional, disciplined and positive manner at all times.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
