∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the reporting Manager to achieve sales targets by managing relationships with customers and pursuing profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts, thereby contributing to the sales turnover.
∎ Support to develop customer account and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
∎ Promote products, services, and solutions to owners through regular visits, product presentations, and follow-ups, and respond to inquiries to recommend and ensure Jotun is specified for the projects, thus creating sales opportunities for the company.
∎ Follow-up on projects within allocated geographical territories and concept markets by coordinating and monitoring closely with project personnel to ensure Jotun products are used to achieve the sales budget.
∎ Monitor collections to ensure customer payment is received within an agreed term to achieve budgeted days outstanding.
∎ Meets personal sales and contribution targets, focusing on stable small to moderate accounts through the practical application of Jotun sales tools and techniques.
∎ Participates in sales meetings to develop and obtain information on sales objectives, new products, technical problems, market knowledge, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to build strong network and relationships in and utilize it to achieve objectives.
∎ Should be able to liaise with key stakeholders of business houses to promote Jotun as a brand and invite them for partnership.
∎ Should be a team player willing to share knowledge, experience, and information to success in as a team.
∎ Identifies and seizes commercial opportunities; has a strong positive impact on business growth and profitability.
∎ Adheres to company rules and procedures; executes plans with commitment and determination; achieves high quality results.
∎ Communicates with impact; convinces and persuades others; promotes plans and ideas successfully.
