Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the sales team in identifying and researching potential new clients.
∎ Assist the sales and marketing team in daily activities
∎ Attend client meetings and property visits
∎ Promote real estate projects through online and offline channels
∎ Prepare reports, documents, and client follow-ups
∎ Learn and apply real estate sales techniques under guidance
∎ Support digital marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts
∎ Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Eagerness to learn and develop sales and business development skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
∎ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Good command of English and Bengali.
