Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise all Distribution In-Charges of all Sales Centers on daily basis.
∎ Look after administration, Accounts, Product Stock at all Sales Centers.
∎ To ensure Enterprise’s Policy, Guidelines & SOP at all Sales Centers.
∎ Control Overall Branches’ Expenditure. Motivation the team for better productivity and business.
∎ To ensure all Cash Collection & Control Receivable at all Sales Centers.
∎ Cooperation and coordination with Sales Channel, Factory Distribution Channel, H/O Accounts, delivery, distribution.
∎ Monitoring, supervising, motivating DI & Salesman to achieve individual as well as organizational goal on daily basis.
∎ To maintain the branch stock properly, all responsible for Branch related issues, Branch shifting and also find out the new branch opening where required.Ensure overall Branch Operation and control any kind of devia
∎ tion on daily basis.
∎ Mitigate & resolve any operational deviation & audit issues.
∎ Visiting the Sales Centers on regular basis and ensure smooth operation of Branch.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
