Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 🔹 Strategic & Planning Responsibilities
∎ Develop sales strategies to achieve Organizational Sales Goal (OSG) and revenues.Set sales targets and quotas for the team. Analyze sales data and trends to forecast future sales performance.
∎ 🔹 Team Leadership & Management
∎ Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members.Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback.Foster a motivating and collaborative environment.
∎ 🔹 Client & Relationship Management
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.Handle high-level or escalated customer inquiries or issues.Work with marketing or product teams to align efforts and strategy.
∎ 🔹 Reporting & Analysis
∎ Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.Track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and performance metrics.Evaluate the effectiveness of sales campaigns and initiatives.
∎ 🔹 Process & Improvement
∎ Implement or improve sales processes and tools (e.g., CRM systems).Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Identify opportunities for market expansion or new product lines.
