SKILLS:
Minimum knowledge in Digital Campaign Management (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Email Marketing & Massage Campaign.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Collaborate with the sales team to align on customer journeys.
Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing consistency and external vendors, agencies, partners as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify, engage, and pitch premium property solutions to potential buyers and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service from initial inquiry to final handover.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and property values to pitch effectively and handle objections.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Site Visits: Conduct professional property viewings and site visits, highlighting the unique selling propositions (USPs) of our projects.
CRM Maintenance: Keep meticulous records of customer interactions, leads, and sales pipelines in the company CRM.
