Job Responsibilities:
∎ Counter Bus Ticket sales
∎ Develop a strong relationship with customers.
∎ Ensure customer satisfactions.
∎ Separates and files copies of completed tickets.
∎ Liaises with online ticketing system service providers regarding the system capabilities and proposes to the
∎ line manager any additions or adjustments needed.
∎ Make sure that the tickets are serially sold.
∎ Make sure the bus line maintaining.
∎ Make sure that one ticket doesn't sell to another.
∎ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Perform other relevant tasks assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
