Job Context:
∎ Full-time/part-time Sales Executives are needed for a fast growing Fashion And Beauty products Marketing/Digital Business Platform
∎ Candidate specifications:
∎ Up to date knowledge about e-commerce products specially Fashion And Beauty products
∎ Field experience in E-Commerce Sales would be an asset
∎ Team player.
∎ Good negotiation skills.
∎ Good verbal communication skills.
∎ Problem identification and solving capabilities
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Dealing customer with products description as per customer's need
∎ 2. Data entry and support stock management
∎ 3. Prepare bills and support cash management
∎ 4. Providing information to customers about products and services including pricing, availability, delivery options, and order status
∎ 5. Reviewing sales performance and improve the sales margin
∎ 6. Share customer feedback with relevant teams
∎ 7. Handling and manage the returns and refunds process, ensuring a smooth and customer-centric approaches
∎ 8. Submitting daily sales reports and delivery challan though online methods immediately after completion of the particular day.
∎ 9. Assists customers care officer and analysts to make everyday sales, delivery information
∎ 10. Other duties as assigned by outlet manager/higher authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Students are also eligible to apply
Salary: Negotiable
