Job Context
We are a resort-based business where resort share sales are our core operation. To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a confident and target-driven Sales Executive who will actively work to achieve assigned monthly sales targets by promoting and selling resort share packages while maintaining regular communication with potential and existing clients.
Job Responsibilities
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets for resort share sales
Identify potential clients and conduct sales through calls, meetings, and presentations
Clearly present resort share packages, benefits, terms, and investment details to clients
Handle client queries and objections professionally to close sales
Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate sales documentation and payment processes with relevant teams
Prepare and submit daily and monthly sales reports to management
Collect market insights and client feedback
Comply with company sales policies and guidelines
