Responsibilities & Context:
• Promote and sell Real Estate Products (Flat, Land Share, Hotel Share, Investment etc).
• Generate leads through marketing, calls, and networking.
• Handle client inquiries and arrange meetings.
• Present projects and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain client database and follow-ups.
• Ensure after-sales service and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor sales and ensure timely payment collection.
• Handle client issues professionally.
• Build long-term relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly target.
