Responsibilities & Context:
Achieving monthly sales TARGET.
Handle all customers` data according to CRM.
Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls of potential customers and stakeholders politely and in time with proper etiquette & professional manner.
Maintain Facebook, Youtube, Whatsapp, Tiktok or other digital platforms customers` queries and proper answering.
Prepare customer queries, complaints, or problems; record and forward to the concerned supervisor.
Any other jobs assigned by the supervisor.
Job Other Benifits:
- Salary Review: Yearly
- Festival Bonus: 2
Morning Shift (7am-2pm) & Day Shift (2:30pm-9:30pm) Monthly Salary 17,000-25,000/-
Night Shift (10pm-6am) Monthly Salary 22,000-30,000/-
You can earn as a target bonus more then 10,000/- Tk on top of your salary.
