Responsibilities & Context:
- Door-to-door marketing and direct promotion of lighting products
- Selling various types of lights to both retail and wholesale customers
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Achieving individual and team-based monthly sales targets
- Strengthening the distribution network by identifying and onboarding new dealers, retailers, and channel partners
- Willingness to travel to other districts to explore new markets and ensure regional sales growth
- Conducting regular market visits and reporting feedback and competitor activity
- Keeping proper sales records, documentation, and ensuring accountability
- Coordinating with the internal team for smooth order processing and customer support
- Participating in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and relevant sales events
- Following up with clients for payments and ensuring timely collections
