Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Analyze sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and status updates to management.
∎ Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve overall sales performance.
∎ Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
