Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Build positive relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  • Support marketing campaigns (online & offline)
  • Generate leads and assist in converting them into sales
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Promote products/services and generate leads
  • Update and maintain customer records in CRM systems
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team
  • Maintain customer records and follow up when needed
  • Prepare daily/weekly customer service and sales reports
  • Meet individual and team performance targets
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings
  • Follow company policies and service standards
