Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
∎ Distribution management, ROI calculation and maintain profitable business relationship.
∎ Drive for Primary & Secondary sales targets.
∎ Monitor the activities of competitors & report to management accordingly.
∎ Assist in Branding, sales promotion, marketing campaigns, products merchandizing etc.
∎ Should have frequent market visit tendency/ should have GTM (go-to-market) approach.
∎ Open new distribution channels for sales growth.
∎ Prepare and submit sales reports to the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in reputed organisation is required.
∎ Experience in Lubricants sector will be highly preferred
∎ Strong understanding of distributor/dealer management strategies
∎ Excellent Communication skill
∎ The candidate who has the right skills, knowledge and attitude
