∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead nationwide sales team to achieve sales target.
∎ Design proper Sales and Operations plan for the new venture and get aligned with the top officials.
∎ Formulate Sales & Marketing strategies to achieve Dealers/Wholesalers/Distributors' specific target.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and targets.
∎ Review monthly sales volume vs. target volume, accomplished market activities vs planned activities and report it to the top officials
∎ Search for prospective dealers/distributors/ wholesalers, negotiate with them and establish proper dealers/distributors/wholesalers' network.
∎ Supervise and coach to the Sales team to meet target.
∎ Monitor and evaluate competitors' activities, Wholesalers/distributors' movement, user response etc.
∎ Ensure preparation of daily/monthly sales reports by the sales force in order to track daily/weekly/monthly performance
∎ Plan and execute awareness program like seminars/workshop/road show/mechanics meet etc. if necessary to boost up brand image.
∎ Plan and execute different marketing programs to achieve the objectives
∎ Motivate team to bring out the best result from them
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of work experience, out of which minimum of 5 years directly leading and driving Sales & Marketing functions in a similar industry or the FMCG industry.
∎ Must possess a degree with a well-recognized professional qualification in sales or marketing.
∎ The candidate who has the right skills, knowledge & attitude as well as passion go with us .
∎ Excellent communication skill.
