Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context
We are looking for five motivated individuals to expend our product reach at the district level. This is a remote, field-based role focusing on local market growth.
Job Responsibilities
Sales & Outreach: Visit local shops/customers to introduce and sell products.
Targets: Consistently meet the minimum daily sales quota.
Order & Cash: Record customer orders accurately and collect payments.
Reporting: Submit daily activity updates via mobile by 9:00 PM.
Market Feedback: Share local trends and competitor info within management
Holiday work: Optional work on holidays for extra hourly pay.
Experience in selling - Agricultural Machinery products (such as Sprayer, Gasoline Water Pump, Brass cutter, Grass cutter, Pipe, Fogger Machine, different types of nozzel/parts etc.)
Priority given to having years of experience.
