Responsibilities & Context:
∎ speak to customers, either face to face or over the phone.
∎ Visit five to seven (5-7) corporate customer in daily.
∎ Collect respective customer’s valid email and address details for next step digital marketing.
∎ Gain an understanding of customers' specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them.
∎ Bulk email to customer for company products and solutions.
∎ Receive customer inquiry and rapid response.
∎ Positive attitude for emergency support & delivery in customer point.
∎ Day to day market survey for IT products trends in market.
∎ Prepare to take challenge to meet KPI.
∎ Mental prepare to take any others jobs assign by management.
