Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 20 years
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Previous experience in field sales/marketing will be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable with outdoor work.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Word for reporting purposes.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct regular field visits to approach potential clients and maintain existing accounts.
Actively generate new leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
Present and promote company products/services to clients in a professional manner.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales effectively.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth delivery of services/products.
