• Age At least 20 years

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

• Previous experience in field sales/marketing will be an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable with outdoor work.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Word for reporting purposes.

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.

• Conduct regular field visits to approach potential clients and maintain existing accounts.

• Actively generate new leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.

• Present and promote company products/services to clients in a professional manner.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales effectively.

• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth delivery of services/products.
