∎ SSC, HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Context:
∎ The candidate will be responsible of sales & marketing for food supplement/health food, skin care products and other related job assigned by management.
∎ Must be loyal to the company and willingness to take any challenge for E-commerce and Social Media Platforms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To forecast, plan and execute sales plan.
∎ To liaise and building relationships with clients.
∎ Proposal preparation & negotiating with clients as per sales guideline.
∎ To contribute the strategic marketing plan to achieve company objectives.
∎ Responsible to achieve monthly & yearly target.
∎ Identify target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.
∎ Record customer details as per sales & marketing guideline.
∎ Schedule appointments to meet prospective clients.
∎ Contact clients to follow up on initial interaction. Strong Knowledge of Product Promotion, Customer Management Principles and Practices
∎ Visit potential & existing clients to capture sales lead and analyze client's needs.
∎ Build a strong relationship with customers and deal with them.
∎ Ensure client satisfaction with on time and quality service in a dedicated manner.
∎ Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Communicate and assist Customers online and over the phone.
∎ Process orders at our e-commerce portal.
∎ Update customers with their existing orders or queries.
∎ Work as a team with the commercial and store department.
∎ Report daily task details at the end of the day to the management.
