Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our Hajj & Umrah travel team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting Hajj, Umrah, and international tour packages, communicating with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Promote Hajj & Umrah packages to potential clients
Handle customer inquiries through phone, Facebook, WhatsApp, and direct meetings
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets
Explain package details, visa requirements, hotel facilities, and travel schedules
Follow up with leads and existing clients
Assist clients throughout booking and payment processes
Maintain daily sales reports and customer database
